关于url中文乱码的高手之见---不是我

首先这段不是转载。说一下我的环境
jsp utf-8.用url传中文。
中间用了不少所谓的gb2312啊之类的网上的说法。但是与总环境不符合。所以力求getBytes这样的方法。但是一个"本"字难住了我。如果本在后面就会转成两个??并且&也没了
虽然下面高手的方法解决了我的问题,但是我还是要说。用jsp尽量设计的不要传中文参数。个人之见

1、在JSP页面中的javascript中写法如下:
